West End Plumbing Inc.

I called West End Plumbing Inc. for assessing a leak that I had coming from my garage ceiling(Master bathroom is above the garage) When I spoke with the secretary, I was quoted a price for them to come out. When the person came out to assess the leak, I was requoted an extra $100 before he started. I allowed him to continue becayse I needed this to be resolved. He said that he had to return the next day which was ok with me. The next day a different person came, Gary Brown. He was very knowledgeable and Honest... that is the ONLY reason I would use this company again. If anyone reading this review use this company, ask for Gary Brown, he is very knowlegeable and he is very honest!!!

I had a leak and the leak had caused a major flooding in the laundry room. Not only the plumber couldn’t detect where the problem was coming from , but he also sent his two business friends a contractor and a mediator to the house to do the big job. When it comes to honesty, i lose good faith with this company. Big disappointment. It is hard to find an honest person to do the job right. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Great experience with West End Plumbing. Thought I had a leak in the hot water pipe coming out of my water heater and going into the garage ceiling. After a very thorough inspection by the technician it was determined that it was condensation from the recent cold snap. Great job by West End. Prompt Courteous Professional and very skilled employees. Highly recommend.
