I had my AC system checked & cleaned by Southeast Cooling & Heating. They were terrific: easy to contact, easy to schedule, on time, and a great job at a reasonable price. Johnny was the person who came to my house. He was pleasant yet professional, clearly knew what he was doing, and did a thorough job. I asked a lot of questions, and he patiently explained everything to me. I have found an excellent company and plan to stay with them.
Big fan of Todd and Southeast Cooling & Heating! I have him on speed dial after having multiple positive maintenance type visits over the years. In South Florida finding real honest and fair service is not a given, especially with something as crucial as HVAC and Todd is all that and more, he is a wizard with ACs and is always responsive and quick to diagnose issues and fix them rapidly.
