Like many others, I purchased a home with cast iron pipes and played the "when will they fail" lottery. 7 years later, I lost. I had numerous plumbers come to my house throwing numbers at me for waterjets, descaling, rerouting, and tearing up my floors. All of them sounded like a nightmare. Through a friend of a friend, I linked up with Stellar. They came out, talked it through, explained every part of the process (which included replacing all the way to my shower drains, toilets, and sinks). They tunneled under the home and replaced every square inch with PVC. The house was usable the entire time. They didn't have to damage or fix anything inside the home. They got it done in weeks INCLUDING inspection waits. They documented the entire way, and even got a rave review from the Deerfield Beach inspector. What an amazing experience we had with Alex at Stellar plumbing. He did all of the Plumbing for our brand new kitchen renovation. From adding the pipes to the trenches to installing the faucets and dishwasher. He went above and beyond so much so that we made him a cup of tea when he installed the insta hot.
