Time Waster Y+B! Don’t even waste your time to contact Y+B! I made an appointment and they gave me a 2-4pm slot, with a 1.30pm call. I reorganized my day and made sure to be home. No one called at 1.30pm. No one came between 2-4pm. When I called to find out what had happened. I was told that “Someone will call you!” No apology was offered. It was as if everything was working the Y+B Sunrise Handyman way! After 48 hours, no one had called. I called again and was told “Someone will call you!” That was 3 days ago. If you want to reorganize your schedule for no good reason, to wait for an agent who never calls or comes, to be inconvenienced, to make 4 telephone calls for an appointment that they don’t keep, Y+B Sunrise Handyman is what you need!

I contacted this company because I saw them listed nearby and needed a simple window a/c installed this afternoon in place of, and with removal of, a window pane from an old multiple panel swivel. Answer from reception service was affirmative about service today. The price given initially per hour was $95. The actual handyman (I guess this company is like a referral service for the actual person that does the work), Steven, called after 1 hour and requested photos via text message to give me an exact prices. I sent photos of the window and the a/c device (a very small window unit) with all the measurements . The price changed to $175, and then the price went up to $200 when I asked if that included the materials for the window support and closing off any remaining opening in. After this process of two or more hours waiting for messages and a calls, I was ready to hire and asked if there was a guarantee on the installation and/or if the installation could be done today as requested init

I called Y & B Sunrise Handyman to do some bulb replacement. The guy who arrived was early and wearing a proper attire for work. He was prompt and finished the job on time. He was all business and didn’t take many breaks. Thanks for sending him. I really appreciate it.
