We love Benson's. The office team and technicians are always professional and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely wonderful experience. Professional, kind, and personable. Explained everything well. I like that ahead of the technicians coming, then send a text with picture and name of the tech so you know who you are meeting. Very pleased with our entire experience.
I paid $400 for nothing. I was told my coil needed to be cleaned and the mildew scent would leave and my air would feel better. A few days later the smell returned and the air in my rooms are still not working. I was told if they come back out I might have to pay another diagnostic fee. I would not recommend.
