Had Cat6 drops installed in multiple rooms so I could plug in smart devices throughout the house without having to worry about WiFi, and future proof my house as faster internet speeds become more available in the area. The technicians came out and kind of didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing and weren’t the perfect image of professionalism. The whole project took all day, way longer than I anticipated and they drilled a hole in my wall that they started filling before they let me know they had put a hole in my wall. Then I found out that they had connected the Cat6 cable to a dead data line connection rather than the live data connection and had to have Comcast come out and fix it anyways. All in all, happy with the new connections but not with the service, the inconvenience, and the grand that I had to pay to eventually have somebody else come in and clean up their work.

Edit post initial review: They reached out after initial review and made things right. Great experience with the technicians, and grateful for their availability, especially after hours and on a weekend. Initial interactions with front office were... frustrating.
