Donny's has been our go-to company for HVAC for years. We own a home and have four rental properties so we usually have contact with them a few times a year and they've ALWAYS been super professional, prompt, and fair in their pricing. I don't like writing reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other people when I encouter a bad business that should be avoided. We contacted Donny's since our downstairs AC unit wasn't working properly. To make it short, we ended up contacting them 3 times to get it fixed since the first couple times, the technician(Scott) did all the unnecessary repairs. Actually, he replaced the capacitor for our upstairs AC unit when it was the downstairs AC unit that wasn't working properly. We contacted them for a refund on the unnecessary, so called repairs, that were done, but the office person named Samantha scoffed at our request and didn't even bother to apologize. They are not only incompetent with what they do, but also obnoxiously unethical. Hope other people don't have to go through the same unpleasant experience as I did. Btw, the technician who eventually fixed our AC was Hunter and he was very courteous.
