Dowdy Plumbing

Dowdy’s was a contracted company from Lowe’s (a nightmare in itself). Due to the lack of communication and planning from Lowe’s our bathroom counters install was delayed by over 3 weeks. Finally the day came when the stars aligned and the counters and plumbers were both available. Austin was sent from Dowdy to disconnect all three bathrooms, but the reconnect was never scheduled due to poor communication once again from Lowe’s. We had a narrow window of time and after talking to Jennifer she was able to rearrange some schedules on her end and get Austin back to reconnect all the bathrooms in a very timely manner. He was very professional and clean! Would completely recommend and use again!

Very responsive and modern approach to customer service. They give you a call of when they are coming over and you can follow to see where the van is on the road. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Would highly recommend anyone that needs plumbing/water heating services. Wished I used them before the six other companies I tried. I want to highly recommend Dowdy Plumbing. Will came out and did an awesome job on our commercial building. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with as well.
