If you want fast and efficient service this is the place. They helped my mom with her AC and were super friendly and knowledgeable. Riley was also so nice and helpful over the phone. It made this all less stressful when we got it fixed. Thank you for all the help!!
When my a/c went out on a Saturday Key Heating and Cooling said they would be out in just a little while, and sure enough they were. The service tech diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained my options to me. We determined that the best course of action was a new unit. On the following Monday a crew came out and set a temporary condensing unit until the new unit came in. When the new unit came in they did a very good good of installing it and even did a good job of cleaning up the job site. I was kept informed about everything along the way from getting the temporary unit installed to when the new unit arrived. They may not be the biggest HVAC company in Tallahassee but I think they are the best. Service: Installation
