We had a lot of rain during the week of the initial start date but they kept me informed about any changes in production time. Installers did a great job of cleaning up & were respectful of my neighbor's property and my property. Answered any and all questions. Would definitely use them again. Tadlock Tallahassee replaced the roof on our house this past July. The workmanship seems fine, and the installers worked about 10 hours every day in extreme heat. The cleanup was timely and thorough. However, there were a few tasks left to be done by different workers, and that is where the problems began. A call to the salesman who sold us the roof yielded nothing. After a few days of waiting, I had a discussion with the quality control inspector which also yielded nothing, but that was probably not his job. After waiting several days again, I emailed the regional director and told him about the work that still needs to be done. That seemed to work because things started rolling and tasks were completed. After about a month, the job was finally done. However, it took my persistence to get it done because no one at Tadlock took ownership of the complete project. A job that large always produces a punch list and someone other than the customer needs to see that those tasks get
