Excellent service! We have remodeled 25 homes and deal with a lot of contractors and NRG is at the top of their game. They built us a gorgeous screened porch in a timely manner and a pleasure to deal with!

I’ve waited several months to do this review. I wanted to give as unbiased an opinion as possible. It’s lengthy so bare with me. We chose NRG based on their reviews/reputation for quality work. We entered a contract on April 13, 2022 with a projected completion of 4-6 weeks (allowing for rain delays) after permits were approved for a 12x16 screened porch with adjacent deck. Work start the beginning of June. NRG contracts their work for any decking, roofing and electrical. The company they used, Ultimate Fencing, for the deck work including the installation of railings/steps was a disaster. While the initial removal of our old deck occurred on June 8th, we did not have a completed Sun Room/Deck until after Labor Day despite numerous deadlines given by NRG (Scott). The 2 employees from Ultimate Fencing came to work about 10am, took an average of 1-2 hr lunches and left before 4pm; and did not work on Fridays. This is an update to my previous review on the sun-room installed by NRG in November 2022. I received a follow-up call from Scott addressing my issues and concerns. He was very polite and professional in hearing the reason for the negative review. All in all we were able to address the pending issues for correction and I am very pleased with the outcome of the service NRG provided, and I love my new addition. Thank you! Very expensive and very poor coordination with sub-contractors and project managers during installation. Numerous mistakes prompted multiple calls for project corrections. Not timely with assignments.
