This is an update to my previous review on the sun-room installed by NRG in November 2022. I received a follow-up call from Scott addressing my issues and concerns. He was very polite and professional in hearing the reason for the negative review. All in all we were able to address the pending issues for correction and I am very pleased with the outcome of the service NRG provided, and I love my new addition. Thank you! Very expensive and very poor coordination with sub-contractors and project managers during installation. Numerous mistakes prompted multiple calls for project corrections. Not timely with assignments.
Had someone come out to give me a quote on a window job. Never heard back from him or the company. Called back multiple times and was told they would get me the quote asap and never sent it.
The screened in porch built by NRG on our house was excellent. NRG is an outstanding outfit. I would highly recommend them for any work you hire them to do
