ACS Home Services AC Repair Tampa

Over two months ago we contracted to replace our air conditioning throughout the whole house. It was a $30k expense. The work was supposed to take a week to ten days for full completion. While 90% of the work was done - it's not complete and while we have continuing positive dialogue with Chelsea in the Customer Service area - getting things actually scheduled from the Operations area appears to be near impossible. I know that Chelsea and her colleagues understand the frustration - we are living with ducts that are not completely finished off and an exterior that needs a cover but it seems impossible to get this over the line and completed. Last week for example an individual was going to come and give us timelines on the last 3 things that are needed. After a day at the residence they just didn't turn up. I understand that there are times when emergencies take priority over already scheduled appointments and the like but it's the not knowing that becomes the frustration. MY ASK OF A

Came home to broken a/c and Shelley at ACS was exceptionally courteous and helpful. She went above & beyond to find a perfect repair tech for that same evening! The tech, Dylan Everett, was the most pleasant and professional person I may have ever met. He was dedicated to getting our a/c back up and running even with some unexpected complication in the system. One rarely sees this kind of conscientious service anymore and I was totally impressed. ACS, Dylan is a keeper and credit to your company!!!

Scott was awesome in his service of my AC unit. Made the switch to ACS a year ago, and the best decision I’ve made in quite awhile. The techs like Scott are prompt, thorough, patient, and shoot you straight on what is needed and what is not. Refreshing to have honesty in the AC repair business.
