I called this company with lots of doubts! I really needed my AC x 2 working again. The ACs are original 2003. Well here is the Journey: I call and spoke to a very professional young lady, she put me in contact with Derek: he called me and was in my house with in a few hours. He was extremely professional with a light sense of humor blend in. He explained everything I needed to know , I felt like a AC tech at some point. That was what I needed in order to move on to my final decision . Derek gave the final price and he gave me options. I went ahead with the deal. This are the techs that worked on the installation . Gary( Meticulous) —Ren(Organized)—Robbie(Fast thinker) They came at 8:30am sharp , and ended at 9:30pm. This guys are extremely professional and easy to talk to. Friendly and clean. They left only and after making sure my family was at COMFORT. I am happy I called this company. I will recommend them to my neighbors and will continue to use them in the future. ????

Our tech Cameron showed up within an hour of us calling for service and was beyond helpful and professional. He did a great job fixing a wiring issue and replacing our thermostat with the best option for us. Would recommend to anyone! Services: Thermostat repair, Heating system repair

I’ve been with Comfort Authority almost 2 years now. I pay a little bit every month for peace of mind that if anything goes wrong I’ll get priority service. I emailed yesterday, got immediate phone call to schedule service. Since it wasn’t an emergency, got next day visit. Gerald, the technician, was terrific. He explained what he was doing, and worked to get drain line clear of backup. Everything was well documented so I have proof I’ve done my part to keep shared drain clear. Top-notch service from a reputable and professional organization. Comfort Authority is recommended vendor in my condo association for a reason.
