The Comfort Authority has always been great w communication, punctual, responsive, and provides quality service. Cameron did a great job explaining what’s working and not working as well as it could be w our system, gave us several options to consider, and recorded in detail the services he performed. Romeo Reyes came out to service my AC unit today. It was clogged, and had stopped running yesterday. The service call took 4 hours to complete. He listened to my concerns and the problems with the AC unit as I perceived it. After diagnosing he explained what he found, what needed to be done, and how he was going to do it. Everything he did was transparent. He worked about half the time inside, and half the time outside, putting on shoe covers each time he entered the house. He took the time to show me the different repair options I had, and the cost for each one, again be transparent about everything. He basically explained to me how my AC unit is supposed to work, from which I leared a few things to keep in mind to keep it running properly. All the while he was pleasant, courteous, professional, patient and thorough and, diligent in his work. We have used, The Comfort Authorities for the last several years and can say that hands-down they are the best HVAC technicians we’ve ever worked with. We use them regularly each year for our maintenance and if any repairs be required. We had Gerald this time, he was professional, responsive, and informative.
