My A/C went down 9:30 pm. one evening. Called Action at 7:30 the next morning expecting an answering service. Jan answered, assured me a tech would be here that day. I asked if there was any chance of that morning and she said she would try. 11am Dan, the tech, called and was on his way. By 1:00 pm A/C was repaired and running great. Dan was professional and very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Service: HVAC system repair
