Service was quick and seamless. Kenya went out of his way to locate the correct part to match my panel. He installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla in record time. We had a lightning strike on our roof and lost most of our power - a bad and dangerous situation. Our standby generator was knocked out. We have a disabled son who depends on having power at all times. I called Duke Energy - they came and said "it's on your side." I called the company who installed our generator. They said "you're on your own." Then I called Andre of I&C, who had done previous excellent work for us and a neighbor. Andre, who was in the middle of a job, took the time to calm me and instruct me on how to work the breaker panel. It was like Apollo 13! He cared - he helped - we got most of our power back - and then he said he'd come to the house. Andre and his assistant Matt not only came when the said they would, they guided me in making the correct decision to buy a brand new, upgraded Generac generator. The lightning had damaged our current unit to the point where even if it could be restored to operating condition, I couldn't rely on it to protect our son.
