Tech replaced 25 amp circuit breaker with 30 amp! Let him know that was dangerous to do if fan motor for A/C wiring did not match and requested proper 25 amp breaker! Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed with him that 30 would have caused serious electrica problems.

Drew the sales person was very thorough in checking out my a/c unit and advised me what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was not pushy or aggressive as most sales people are. The decision as to what I was going to do, was based solely on the information he provided and what my options were. I opted to replace the unit rather than do the repairs, because it was the most cost effective way to go in my opinion. He told me that the unit will be installed the next day. While he was still at my home doing the paper work, I received a call from the office of Air Now, they asked if I was going to be home and they informed me that they were going to install the unit that same day. The installers arrived within 2 hours and installed my new unit. They were very courteous and made sure no mess was left. I would highly recommend this company. I highly recommend Air Now! My AC stopped running one day and I called around to see who can make it out the soonest. Air Now was at my house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem right away, and the tech was very honest, knowledgeable, and professional.
