Drew the sales person was very thorough in checking out my a/c unit and advised me what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was not pushy or aggressive as most sales people are. The decision as to what I was going to do, was based solely on the information he provided and what my options were. I opted to replace the unit rather than do the repairs, because it was the most cost effective way to go in my opinion. He told me that the unit will be installed the next day. While he was still at my home doing the paper work, I received a call from the office of Air Now, they asked if I was going to be home and they informed me that they were going to install the unit that same day. The installers arrived within 2 hours and installed my new unit. They were very courteous and made sure no mess was left. I would highly recommend this company. My air conditioner was not cooling my house. Air Now was prompt and courteous when scheduling my service call. The service technician arrived within the time window agreed upon. He was clean, knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently to diagnose and repair my unit. Because of such a great experience with my air conditioner I have used this company for electric work in my house as well and have had and equally positive experience! I trust their work, have recommended them to my friends and highly recommend them.
