Steve squeezed my wife and I in despite being backed up just because he had other clients in the area. We just moved to a new house and we finally got our washer and dryer 21 days later, and the minute we started using our dryer it just stopped working. We checked the plugs and it was an electrical issue. We called so many electricians and everyone was unwilling to help and was booked up for 3 weeks. Steve helped out and fixed the wiring issue and was very efficient. He even tightened the other wires. Great experience and will definitely use in future.

Steve was amazingly helpful! Ketrow Electric staff is not only knowledgeable but very honest as well. They could have charged me money but instead they helped me solve my issue without charging me over the phone. It was like a Christmas Miracle dealing with such nice and honest people! Highly recommended! Their price is fair and they go above and beyond to make sure the customers happy and meet tight deadline. Steve was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and accommodating. I am very happy about his work. I will make another arrangement to install NEMA 14-50 or upgrade my panel as soon as I decide to purchase Tesla Model 3.
