Air Rescue came out to fix our air conditioner very quickly. We were out of town and they were supposed to call but we didn’t receive a call. I called the company twice and left messages but received no response. As a result we didn’t know if our air conditioner was fixed and we were forced to cancel our open houses for the weekend. It sucks they didn’t communicate better.
A/C went down in our office causing a shutdown. They were very responsive and were out the very next day, even though we were new clients. Brenden was my technician, and he was very professional and speedy! They also have this wonderful program called the Silver Membership and for around $15 a month, I can now ensure this never happens to me again. Very pleased with my service!! Thank you, Air Rescue!
