We have had plumbing issues for months and Perry was able to get to the bottom of it finally. He was communicative and thorough. He is definitely an asset to the company and I was more than grateful he took his time in a caring manor.

Our salesman, Rich was very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to go with The Pro Team because Rich showed up exactly when he said that he would and he answered all of our questions. The installation was 2 days after signing contract. The installers showed up at 10:30 am and did not speak any English. We were not able to communicate with them at all. The 2 men stayed until 1:45 AM (15 hours) and were not able to get the unit working. Our house was 89 degrees. Larry showed up the next afternoon and was able to get our air working within 5 minutes. He spent 2 hours making sure that everything was right and functioning properly so that it would pass inspection. The original installers had a hard time getting the handler into our attic and bent and damaged the attic door. Larry helped put it back together so that it would shut. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We were very happy with the sales side and with Larry, but not so much with the two men

I want to thank the two guys that had installed the unit in the garage and outside unit. Not only did they do a great job, but also explain to me how to use my new inside thermostat. I also want to thank the “guy” who installed the air ducts all by himself. Not only did he do exactly what I requested to make my room the coldest in the house but he was also keeping me updated on when he was coming and what he was going to be doing each day. I would so recommend this company to anyone. What great customer service not only from the install crew but sales team and the customer service team who took my call.
