DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I didn’t want to give them any stars!!! Very unethical company. Stay away from them. They are crooks. I don’t even know how they could have gotten any positive reviews. They told my mother her entire unit need to be replaced and that she had bacteria growing all in her air handler which was being blown into the house. The cost was going to be over $17,000 and that there was going to be a $2000 price increase effective July 1st so she needed to hurry and schedule it so she wouldn’t have to pay more. Trying to pressure her. I called another company who came out and they informed her that her unit was still under warranty for another three years. It was repaired for $545. They also told her that her air handler was immaculate!! No bacteria. So angry that they tried to take advantage of my mother. I do not recommend. They are crooks and abuse the elderly.
AND, have so far been extremely attentive maintaining my air con unit. However the fitting off of my mini split in 2021 was so poor that the county inspector had to come out 5-6 times. They had to remove the condenser from the concrete pad and then reinstall on the correct rack. Nevertheless David Navarro at AND is doing a great job of maintaining the unit.
Jeff was very polite and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient in his work. He was also very patient as he was on hold with my home warranty company.
