This company did major work for us several years ago when they were just starting out. We would have recommended them then, but not now. Recently, we called them for service to clear a clogged toilet. The fix cost $600! Said toilet is still slow to flush. We asked them to review their original work, but they apparently did not make any viable changes. This toilet has been a problem since they completed the original replumbing. They are extremely expensive and we won’t be using them again. In reply to company response: this toilet was not a problem before you replaced all of the pipes. $600 to unclog a toilet AND blaming us for the cause is outrageous! Not even considering that your original work could be the cause for the problem is unprofessional. Changing the type of toilet paper is NOT the problem. The toilet still clogs at LEAST once a week.
