I have to start by being fully open and saying that this company did not do any work for me. But, that's the problem. Back on February 15th, I reached out as I needed two cat doors installed in interior doors. Not a major project, but something I can't do myself. They insisted that someone needed to come out for a quote, which I found as odd since I had the cat doors in hand to provide dimensions and pictures, and offered to send pictures of the locations and let them know the door material/type. I've had this done in previous homes and it was always a $150 job that took an hour and didn't require a quote. Andy OnCall said they had no availability to even have someone come out for a quote until March 2, so we went ahead and scheduled. Come the morning of, the contractor "lost the brakes in his truck" and needed to reschedule to Saturday, March 3. Okay, things happen. It was told to us that it would be 4 to 5 days for the bathroom remodel, which was perfectly reasonable, I did the demo of everything but the tub and floor tile prior. Reggie and his helper Brad came out and removed the tub and floor, along with replace the copper pipe ends for the water lines for the tub and sink. Brad didn't have the tools he needed and no one could get in contact with Reggie for 3 days due to health issues which seemed to bring the business or at least our job to a screaching hault. The following 2 weeks was Brad all by himself, a helper who isn't a plumber or contractor of any kind, only a helper who usually works on cars. He was slow but very polite while doing his work, but we know not to question a job in the middle because they can get pretty ugly and most customers can't see the end result, but we should have said something.
