My appointment was scheduled for a Thursday, but they finished a job early and were able to come two days earlier. Nice! Luis, the technician; was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He explained clearly what he thought the problem was and how much that would cost to fix, then he explained what troubleshooting MIGHT have to be done and how much that would cost. So, his explanation of the situation was clearly explained and the potential costs outlined. When he was done, he made other suggestions for things that should be done. I thought the cost was reasonable, but I did not get other quotes so I cannot comment fairly on cost. I do recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. Great service, great price and a very professional and knowledgeable team. We were originally provided an estimate over the phone to have electrical work done to connect a Duromax generator. However, when the service person came on site to review the job he realized that our setup was slightly more complex and he would need to revise the request. No worries, this is the best part, he provided suggestions and best practices on the generator connection and have us gave us a 25% discount on the the total job. We thought this was more than fair and was still better than 4 other estimates that we reviewed. Lastly, this team was recommended by two other folks in our community. Ryan arrived early and stayed late to finish the job. It took some digging to troubleshoot the problem and then a lot of labor to fix it.
