CB replaced our roof several years ago and came highly recommended. Last year, they replaced defective vent covers quickly and efficiently. Recently, after the hurricane, we called CB for help when half of the ridge shingles blew off. They replaced it within a very reasonable time frame and did a great job. Fantastic experience with CB roofing. Justin was more than just a salesman, he was a point of contact throughout the entire process. We were on the fence regarding what shingles would look best, so he took us on a tour in Winter Haven so we could see what the finished product would look like. Once they started the project, and the old shingles removed, we had a severe thunderstorm in the area. The roofing foreman (Jesus) called to make sure that the roof was good. We had some water come in, and Jesus drove from Plant City (~25 miles away), to assess it and tarp up the roof. The finished product did not disappoint, and Justin shared drone footage of our brand new roof. When time came to replace my 27 year old roof, I began the complex processor choosing a roofing company. While walking my dog I saw a sign in a neighbor’s yard for CB Roofing so I called the office and Mike, the Estimator came out later that same morning and emailed me the figures etc. the next day. After pondering all of the estimates at length and for far too long, my neighbor’s roof was finished and looked fantastic. Price wise and value they were in line with the majority of my estimates so I gave Mike a call and signed the contract. Absolutely one of the best decisions I have ever made. From start to finish one of it not the most professional organizations I have ever worked with. The communication from Mike to Tiffany, my project coordinator and Guiermo the Superintendent was amazing.
