Originally set up an appointment for August (morning) they showed up after lunchtime and said that it would take until night to complete. I rescheduled to November 23. They showed up but without IR filter. Completed the installation and billed me. After they left I noticed that the condenser was pushing out cold air and the house was heating up. I called them back and they said that they would return to fix it but still haven't. Considering stopping payment until fixed

Purchased my unit less than 2 years ago, I'm seasonal so it's not used everyday, blower motor quit working, I was told it was covered by warranty but had to pay labor, I wanted to fall out of my chair when I was told over 700 dollars for labor, which only took 30 minutes to replace! Absolute highway robbery
