this company has done my mother very wrong. they installed a brand new system, ducts and all and she has had nothing but problems since. they have been out countless times to fix a/c and heat. then just weeks after the initial install, water leaked into her walls and ruined the drywall and carpets. they claimed that they were starting an insurance claim. a month later they told her they finally had permission to turn in the insurance claim. now they won’t even call her back. when she tries to get management on the phone, they flat out refuse. she’s now worried about mold and i am referring her to an attorney because that seems to be the only available avenue to get any kind of action. Booked appointment for them to do routine maintenance a week in advance. On the day they were scheduled to come out I received a call saying that their truck broke down. They said they would come out later that day. No show. No call. I even called them a few times to check on when they were coming out. 1st call we were disconnected. 2nd call they said I was still on the schedule. 3rd call to check on when they were coming because they obviously did not show up in the 11am to 2pm window, they told me they had just dispatched a person to come out and the tech was on his way. 3 hours later no one showed, no one called. Still on the next day no contact back from them. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I wasted a whole day waiting for them. Service: A/C system maintenance

Worst customer service ever. No show for three appointments. No call, nothing. We called only to learn nobody was coming out on all three occasions. Been here twice and still not fixed. They didn't have a problem when they sold me the unit. Now that I need service under warranty, it seems to be an issue. Gave up and called another company. They came right out after hours. Will never use this company again. Service: Repair HVAC
