I have been a Cool Today customer for a long time. They installed new AC units 5 years ago and have maintained them ever since. They completely replaced the plumbing in my thirty year old home. All their work has been excellent and their staff very professional
This is how their "trained and skilled" installers left my house after we paid $14,000 for a new a/c system. Gave them 2 chances to fix this issue before posting this but I'm still waiting for the 2 call backs from a week ago. Great job guys ???????? Service: Installation
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the new motor that was installed in my Carrier unit now has connection and ground wires sticking out of top and attached to the bolts above the fan grate. I was told that was so they don't catch on the fan blades, but it didn't have that problem before with the original motor which makes me wonder about the quality of the motor or if there is something wrong. ALSO, the caps for the screws that came with the compressor were not put back on, just basic nuts that came with the new motor. I'm not sure why, and it might sound silly, but it bothers me that they were taken and not left with me. And keep in mind, I stayed outside the whole time to make sure there weren't any problems.
