I had been disappointed since we had to reschedule the visit twice. But then Andres made All the difference between me wanting to search for a new AC provider. He arrived and was very attentive, he had great questions and feedback, thankfully by God’s grace/mercy it was nothing major, just a simple quick solution. I’m glad I still had him come, it’s better to have peace of mind than to be wondering and then something worse happens. Andres Bautista was great, I really appreciated the small details, like placing the shoe covers so that my rug wouldn’t get dirty. Thank you Andres!!!!

I had a great experience with Andres and One Hour Air. He arrived on time, was very informative regarding the necessary repairs that were needed. He also explained the benefits of having a maintenance agreement and how it works. I will highly recommend One Hour Air and I can't speak highly enough about Andres. Everything was above and beyond my expectations, including the fact they had someone out so quickly. My husband has epilepsy and not having the A/C working could be terrible!
