Dwayne is the man!!! We called late last night about a broken pipe, he was able to come out and fix it the next morning. Price was great! Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything. The owner and technician are very rude and they lie to their customers. Very untrustworthy, please don’t use this company. His response below are all lies.
