I would like to give this company 10 stars, especially to Adriana. We had ice maker problems which have not been resolved for a long time. The company has checked and found that the refrigerator is too old, so they worked with our landlord to install a new refrigerator. Extremely courteous, fast and professional. The employee who called me to schedule was great and was able to get me in same day and the technician sent a heads up text with location tracker so I would know when he would be arriving. Super fast, very thorough, a million times better than any interaction with the actual rental management company.
