Kaiden is the best tech in this company. Honestly I can rely on him to be out and he is always super helpful. I don’t think I would have stayed with this company if he wasn’t the one to come out today. Because every other encounter I was pressured to buy something or my unit wasn’t even opened. Michael was the person servicing us. He called before showing up and was right on time. We walked the units and he explained what he was going to do in them. After performing the inspections and maintenance, he explained, in a clear and understandable manner, the findings, and provided / explained the recommendations to address the items identified. I called Fairway at 8:30AM on a Friday morning after our AC quit working. Tammy scheduled a team to be here the same morning. Jesus and Chris arrived promptly and made the necessary repairs quickly. Everyone at Fairway was courteous and professional and the work was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
