Fairway Heating & Cooling - AC Repair Tampa

I had been using Fairway Heating and Cooling for a few years. At first they appeared to be honest and caring. However when they told me for the third time in April of this year that my capacitor was shot I told the Tech hell no you are not replacing it at 325.00 a clip. Crazy not stupid. The Tech stated well you are taking a chance of the AC unit quitting in the middle of the summer. I said I will take my chances. In addition the Tech wanted to replace the 2 UV bulbs and I told him no to that as well. I was loosing trust and had a bad feeling. Anyway it’s the end of August and our home was not cooling properly. Both the handler and the unit were working. The drain was clean as I clean it monthly so I attempted to call Fairway Heating and Air. I called the office phone number but the office phone was forwarded to Michael’s cell phone and his voicemail was full and then I was disconnected. I then went to their website and sent a message. Very pleased with our decision with Fairway Heating and Cooling! We were looking to get central air put in our house but due to having a flat roof, we would have to go with mini splits. After getting 2 quotes, we had one left with this company and we were feeling discouraged. The technician came out (sorry I don’t remember his name) but he walked through what he would do, where he would place the units inside and that he could start the next day! He helped us with the financing process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went with Fairway because we felt the most comfortable and confident in their work. Our new system was up and running the next day and the crew came back on Saturday to finish the third room! Can’t say how impressed I am with the whole process. I called Fairway at 8:30AM on a Friday morning after our AC quit working. Tammy scheduled a team to be here the same morning. Jesus and Chris arrived promptly and made the necessary repairs quickly. Everyone at Fairway was courteous and professional and the work was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
