HD Roofing and Solar

After Hurricane Ian we contracted with HD Roofing to replace all of our roof. Within a month we had a new roof over most of the house. However, it has taken over three months to finish the job and it's still not finished! Workmen came out on Feb. 3rd to finish our flat roof over lanai and front entrance. As they removed old rolled roofing over the lanai it rained. Who starts roofing before it rains? Rain went over bare wood and wind blew tarp with nails and debris into pool. After rain ended workers went ahead and installed new rolled roofing over wet wood. Who puts rolled roofing over wet wood??? Roof now has bubbles and low spots where old wood was not replaced. To make matters worse, they did not replace roof over front entrance. Our consultant Ed, has continuously worked with us in trying to resolve these issues. Apparently HD has no time for us. We dealt with Adam Wilson who was exceptional. He kept in contact throughout our entire process and responded to each and every question no matter the time of day. Alberto and his crew were also excellent. They arrived at our residence exactly when they said they would and performed all tasks quickly and efficiently. There was however, a minor incident that occurred while the job was underway. Mistakes happen but not only did Alberto and Adam both show up to inspect and assure the damage was repaired, the owner himself, David Munoz contacted me via cell phone to ensure everything was completed to my expectations. Overall, the professionalism and care that HD Roofing and Construction exhibited, proved to us that we made the correct choice in hiring them to complete the job.
