Five Star Roofing and Construction

This review has less to do with the roof installation than the lack of integrity and honesty of the owners and their representatives, I had a roof that had sustained wind and water damage as well as causing an interior ceiling to collapse. The insurance company inspector's estimate allotted $20K for the roof replacement and #3K for the interior repair.. My house is 1550SF under the roof. I NEVER got a written quote or GMP from them even after several requests. 5 Star's sales rep said to have the check endorsed and give it to them and they would pay the interior subcontractor directly. He said "don't worry, we will take care of it, I have your back." Instead they kept ALL the money (said it was for extra plywood) and left nothing for my interior repairs. I still have a giant hole in my bedroom ceiling. They said they would refund me $1000 but I still have not received anything. We had our roof done by 5Star in May. Our Account Manager Robert Wieland was outstanding. From our first meeting to beyond the completion of the install he went out of his way to insure everything was done right. Mr. Wieland shows patience, excellent emphasis on customer satisfaction, and work ethics rarely seen in today's world. I will recommend 5 Star and Robert to everyone.
