They respond to the call quickly and got a technician out the same day. He was knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do to repair the problem and quickly repaired the a/c and left it in good working order The tech called 30 mins before, was on time and professional. I generally do not write reviews, but Fontana Brothers provided timely and exceptional service. AC companies are tricky and I have never had luck with some of the more mainstream companies - either I catch them lying or the repairs they make are simply bandaids - I have found most service technicians representing those companies to lack the knowledge or guidance necessary to troubleshoot and/or repair anything short of a lack of Freon or a blown fuse or capacitor. Brett (the technician who came out for the initial assessment) was honest, knowledgeable and thorough. Dan Fontana was direct and to the point. Long story short, I needed my ducting reworked and a completely new unit / handler. I knew this going into the project so I was extremely selective in choosing a company. Dan ensured the entire overhaul was completed within a short time frame…these guys moved mountains to get this project done for me. Hire them. As a younger guy (25) a lot of things that come with owning a home are new to me. Freddy was beyond helpful when it came to breaking down the different options we could do, and what the difference between the options were. He was great at explaining and responding to my questions and extremely courteous and professional at the same time. As I previously mentioned as a younger guy most places of business dismiss my questions or just push what they think is best for me, Fontana Brothers were nothing like that.
