Left a message on Sunday afternoon after Thanksgiving and was contacted by Dan Fontana that same evening. A tech was scheduled for Monday who showed up on time with good communication beforehand. My coils were frozen, so we had to wait for them to thaw. Tech returned the next day and took care of the issue. Very polite and professional. My tenant was comfortable with them which made the situation less stressful for me as owner. I have signed up for their annual maintenance plan which paid for itself via discounts to the repair. As a younger guy (25) a lot of things that come with owning a home are new to me. Freddy was beyond helpful when it came to breaking down the different options we could do, and what the difference between the options were. He was great at explaining and responding to my questions and extremely courteous and professional at the same time. As I previously mentioned as a younger guy most places of business dismiss my questions or just push what they think is best for me, Fontana Brothers were nothing like that.
