Wow! If you’re looking for a roofing company look no further. After Hurricane Ian we had extensive damage to our roof. I called Westfall and they came out within 2 days. Herman Knipp came out and he was phenomenal from the start. He educated us on what we needed to do and helped us fight our insurance company for coverage. He was so responsive, taking my calls at night and helping us with additional documentation we needed for the insurance company. He even spoke to my adjuster a few times to help fight for additional money. The company as a whole was great with customer service. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole project and were great. The crew did a phenomenal job with our whole roof replacement and they did a fantastic job with the cleanup. The project manager was awesome from start to finish. With the stress of damages and repairs I can assure you there will be no stress from Westfall.
