Took 5 trips not counting the initial consult, but it appears they finally got the repair done or at least I sure hope so. Just a word of advice. They need to bring their own dry towels with them when they come to your home instead of expecting you to furnish them because just today there was four towels used and now I have a pile of laundry to do, every trip they ask for a big or a beach towel again. Your service technician ELIJAH . was great. He checked the dishwasher and washer. No issues with the dishwasher, however the washer could not be repaired. He said you would notify Choice and let them know. Needs to be replaced. Great young man.

I used this company to install my furnace two years ago, so I figured they could also install my new air conditioner. The staff was really patient with me and patiently answered all of my questions.
