Prompt getting here to repair the roof. Know it wasn't an easy task as it was a metal roof and had to do some bending. The gentleman who came was pleasant and did the job right. Outstanding customer service. It took several phone call right before hurricane Ian, but we finally communicated what I wanted. I was looking for an estimate to have gutters put on. I live out of state, so everything had to be done long Distance and they certainly were up to the task. Tim called several times to give the estimate, set up the work, and communicate afterwards (of course, that last one was about money). One of his calls was to let me know that because of hurricane Nicole, they had a down day from the job they were working and wanted to know if they could come out earlier than planned to do my gutters. Unheard of from my experiences in Florida. I usually have trouble getting people to just show up. Anyhow, the next day, the gutters were up. Absolutely satisfied after heavy rains this morning. This company seems to be doing things the way we expected them to be done when I was growing up. Outstanding service... Service: Gutter installation
