Jesse Harris was an amazing tech he came out to help twice and both times he has been knowledgeable, professional, understanding and kind. With any plumbing problems it comes with a whole lot of stress. Everyone I’ve talked to Mikayla in the office, Jesse and Manny as techs have been so helpful and understanding especially when the HOA has to get involved. I needed so many notes, videos and picture documentation to provide the HOA and they have been on top of everything. On top of all that their prices are fair and affordable, I seriously cannot recommend this company enough. EDIT: We had some more plumbing issues unrelated to what they fixed before. This time it was our bathroom sink not draining. Jesse and Jason came out to replace a pipe and had to cut into our drywall. They were again so fast, professional, knowledgeable and kind. We have had Sewer Studs before and was pleasantly satisfied with them. I called Ricky and he came the same day to give us a quote and came the very next day to put in a water heater in my mother’s house because she had no hot water. Ricky has a very uplifting personality and my mother was very impressed when he put on booties over his shoes because his shoes were dirty. All of the employees are very polite and did a wonderful job cleaning up Afterwards. We will for sure have them again if we need them and we will tell everyone about their expertise work.
