Sewer Studs - Plumbing & Drain Services

This is the second time we have used sewer studs. They are now our go to for plumbing due to the thoroughness, care and complete satisfaction of their work. This time was a re-pipe of our kitchen drain to the septic tank. Instead of trenching through the house they very neatly repiped inside to outside the easiest way possible and went to the septic tank outside instead of inside. Therefore was much less of a disaster and expense as we only have to fix the outside!!! Thanks so much Sewer Studs, you are the best at what you do. The last job was re-piping the shower drain which was just as smooth !!!

We have been having issues with our water heater for about two years. During that time we had four different plumbing companies out to fix the issue. We were told circulating valves, mixing valves, reset buttons, fuses, so many answers and we’ve spent so much money and nothing has fixed it. We were ready to buy a new water heater, even though this one is only 4 years old just to be done with the frustration. I asked for recommendations on my community FB page and Sewer Studs was at the top of the list and I understand why. They were able to come out, diagnose the issue, and fix it all within about two hours at a fraction of the cost. I actually have enough hot water to take a shower and run the dishwasher. We cannot begin to describe how excellent our experience was with this company and its employees. Another plumber diagnosed our issue and, because his company is not skilled for the type of repair, recommended Ricky Cox and Sewer Studs to do the repair - Cast iron lining for a long section of pipe and installation of a new clean out. From the first point of contact we were treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, patience and zero pressure from Ricky while we mulled over our decision to pull the trigger on a very major repair. He gave us three options and never once pressured us to choose any of them or proceed with the repair. Then Jason, Manny, and Brandon arrived on the exact day and exact time they said they would and began three days of what turned out to be grueling work because of unexpected twists and turns. They never lost patience or their kind and gracious attitude toward us. And their care for the exterior and interior of our home was exceptional - our jaws are s
