A/c not cooling properly! Leaking Freon… need new part in order for unit to operate properly and with efficiency! No point in having Freon put in .. would continue to leak! Unit is in off position and am running the fans in all rooms! Quite toasty in here tonight… Hope this part can be ordered and installed quickly!
