I had a thermostat failure on Friday evening 1/20/23, sent email to Nuccio website. Vicki called me about 8AM on Sat 1/21 and tech arrived about 2PM to fix. Amazing service in iffy weather on a weekend, very pleased and impressed.
They contacted me in advance to schedule an appointment. A week before I had to change the day and time....done with no hassle. The repairman/maintenance man arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable time. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I recommend this business to any and all. My AC went down and it was 92 degrees outside. I called Nuccio and was scheduled for less than 24 hours out. Technician fixed it in less that an hour and the bill was only the service call because it was a simple fix. I have done business for decades with them and they have always been excellent.
