Felix Rivera and The Pink Plumber have been extremely responsive and professional. We had plenty of advanced notice of the tech’s arrival. He was able to make complicated repairs in one trip. He also contacted the manufacturer of our broken tankless water heater and got it replaced under warranty. They will be our plumbers for life! I have a water softener that was pumping out water every evening. I called and was able to get the technician out the same day. Anytime I’ve had an issue the response time is very quick. I also like that they send the same technician out each time so they are familiar with the setup and having the same technician improves customer confidence. Zachery is always friendly and explains everything.

Our plumber was James and honestly I could ask from anybody else. He was kind, friendly and easy to work with. My family had a stopped up toilet and drains. He was able to take care of them at ease.
