Jeff Pennington and his crew are the best! The prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is top notch. They installed new vinyl siding, fascia, and aluminum soffits on our home and did a beautiful job! Jeff is extremely knowledgable and very professional. As with all older homes, surprises will inevitably show up. During our new roof install, Jeff and his crew were instrumental in tackling each issue that arose. Jeff explained each issue/process as they came up, was up on the roof everyday and even went above and beyond to check in on us during a storm that came through in the middle of installation. Jeff is a master of his craft and a true advocate for "best practices". His office manager, Chrissy, was there to answer any and all design/paperwork questions with a smile you could hear over the phone. Jeff Pennington and Chrissy were amazing from start to finish. Jeff talked us through what needed to be done while on site (unlike the other companies that came out), gave us a worst case scenario quote, and delivered super close to the quote. They finished my entire roof in 1.5 days (could have been 1 day, but I have a flat roof in the back of my house). When I went outside for lunch on the second day, they were gone. Not a nail or even a trace that they were ever there (except for my new beautiful roof)! Afterwards, Chrissy quickly gave me everything I needed for my homeowners insurance requirements. They even gave my neighbor a jump for their car while they were here. I highly recommend Pennington Roofing and Construction.
