I had contacted Alvarez Plumbing to fix both of my leaking faucets today 9/6/2023 in the bathroom tubs. Jerod came out and attempted to fix just the faucets from leaking unfortunately he ran into problems because the internal parts were broken and worn down. He then had to cut out the drywall for both bathrooms in order to fix the problem in the wall to the faucets. He also replaced both tub and shower fixtures which took a lot of time. All I have to say is WOW! Jerod did a phenomenal job. He worked hard all day, was professional, honest, knowledgeable, experienced, let me know step by step what he had to do, discussed all the issues he came across and answered all the questions I had. If I could rate him a 10 I would have. He went beyond the call of duty. His hard work was truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Alvarez plumbing and am very happy with the service they provided.

Alex was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, he explained exactly what he was going to do. He was polite, completed his work very efficiently and left the site perfectly clean. We would like to request him in the future. Steve Schumacher
