Shaun S. Performed my bi yearly covered maintenance on my home ac. During this he found a major problem and spent the time needed to fix it. He also did the maintainence on the unit drain hose and made sure it was perfectly cleared. Shaun was on time . He was professional and explained all that he was going to do. With Shaun's expertise my AC is now quiet, inside and also the compressor outside. Shaun found mold on the sides of my inside unit and found that the original company had put in the wrong mold prevention ultraviolet unit. The uv bulb had also broken, so I had no coverage. Shaun cleaned all the mold off the surfaces and gave a thorough explanation of a replacement unit.
