Proformance Roofing

Proformance Roofing recently installed a new tile roof on our home. The level of professionalism by the entire team was second to none. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. Our roof looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up after it was completed. I would like to give a shout out to both Gil and Jose from Proformance Roofing. Gil's honest and direct approach is why we selected Proformance in the first place. He provided timely updates on the project during the coarse of the entire project, and always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Jose went out of his way to ensure that our job got started in a timely manner, after there was a small issue with the original crew that was assigned. Gil was a great sales man, he was professional, responsive, and I really enjoyed seeing all the visual aides he had for roofing material. We removed our roof for a discount which was fun until we were told day of installation that we were supposed to remove it same day of install. So with this confusion work started a day late. There wasn’t any communication throughout the install process. I would have to reach out and ask my questions. Quality of work performed was great but they did forget to tell me that they were going to come back, after it looked like the job was complete, to install another exhaust fan they didn’t account for. But I had to call because it was leaking, then the told me they were coming back due to the fan. And the transition from the home to the metal top patio had to be reinstalled. My experience with performance roofing has been overall excellent. From getting an appointment for my estimate to the finished product. The personnel has been so professional from Gil on the sales team to the supervisor Herminio on site when the job was being performed. They were easy to work with and assisted with any special needs that I had.
