Proformance Roofing recently installed a new tile roof on our home. The level of professionalism by the entire team was second to none. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. Our roof looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up after it was completed. I would like to give a shout out to both Gil and Jose from Proformance Roofing. Gil's honest and direct approach is why we selected Proformance in the first place. He provided timely updates on the project during the coarse of the entire project, and always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Jose went out of his way to ensure that our job got started in a timely manner, after there was a small issue with the original crew that was assigned. Proformance Roofing replaced the original tile roof on our home with a new tile roof. They did an outstanding job. The roof looks great and we have received many compliments from our neighbors. The workers always arrived as promised and worked hard all day. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but their customer service and support were also outstanding. The manager for our job was Jose Diana, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jose, if not on site was always available via phone to answer any of our questions. Jose constantly kept us informed on the current status of the work and the steps that were to follow. Jose went out of his way to be sure that we were completely satisfied with our new roof. Also, Damian Lopez who was the supervisor did a great job. Like Jose, Damian did whatever was necessary to be sure that we were completely satisfied.
