We hired ProTek to replace our roof that was damaged from hurricane Ian. Pro Tek was the only company to come out to my house and explain everything that they do. The other companies tried to sell me a roof over the phone. Sorry, I can’t see the product over the phone, this is not how you do business. Take a page from Pro Tek, they know how to sell it. Andrew at Pro Tek answered all my questions and they were patient when i was waiting for the insurance company. Their team showed up early and my roof was done in less than one day. This was a complete tear off too. Alan from Pro Tek kept my informed of the progress. Their team protected the area around the house, and picked up all the debris after the job was done.
