They came and gave me estimate and were able to do job in same day. Steven was very professional and went above and beyond in his impeccable workmanship. Another company had given me price but no explanation. Red Cap explains everything so you know what you are getting. I recommend them highly. Service: Water heater installation
They answered the phone (big deal nowadays), scheduled a technician with a four hour window. Technician showed up after 40 minutes. Adrien was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable. He got everything done and left everything clean. I would definitely use Red Cap again and would definitely want Adrien to come back. Service: Garbage disposal installation
I'm happy with Red Cap but you're asking me to evaluate them coming out to do an estimate. I was called by your office at 10:30 and you said the plumber would be there in 20 to 30 minutes. I was at the property by 10:50. At 11:15 I called for an update and was told he was around the corner. At 11:40 I called and said I had to move on. I saw him from my rear view mirror that he had arrived but being an hour late is not acceptable. If you are going to be late than call the client. Don't have the client call you.
