update: I spoke to the manager Tiffany and after speaking with her she has refunded my entire bill after listening to what I had to say and the pictures showed that I was not given correct service. I feel that everyone can make a mistake but to admit that hey this one we did not do it right and will correct the problem by making it right was the only way to go if you want to keep your business with the logo as, without the family drama, honesty and trust. we take pride in our efficient service, professionalism and technical expertise for all drain, pipe, water heater and plumbing fixture jobs. . Thank you for being a company that was willing to correct the mistake. I truly appreciate it and will change my review for the reason of stepping up. Had the company come out to fix air conditioner. Was charged over $500 and next day broke. Was told to pay over $5000 to fix. Had another company come out and fix it because they found my item was under warranty.
I have always had a great experience with Red Cap for both plumbing and HVAC needs. William our most recent tech that came out was on time, respectful, super friendly, and took his time to explain everything to me. Also called on Red Cap to install my water heater and the tech had to move some stuff around and put everything back and cleaned up everything. Great service great people! Our most recent service call with Red Cap was absolutely great and we could not have been more pleased with the service tech, Nate Pryor! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer support (as has been the case with all of our Red Cap experiences). His overall professionalism reinforces why we have been Red Cap customers for years and will continue to be for years to come. When you’re in a situation that requires a plumber, it can be very nerve racking. But, dealing with Red Cap has consistently been a good experience for us.
