Upon various quotes from multiple roofing companies Protex was the most informative and most professional from start to finish. Dan , our consultant was here for us the entire project process and showed us everything available in the Florida market per code about our roof and allowed us to make our own choice with no pressure. He showed us all materials we could use from shingles, to under layments ridge vents plywood and more. Protex was the only company who got on our roof and did a thorough inspection and took many pictures to sit down and show us as if we were up there with him. Liz in the office was just as professional and answered my call every time I called with questions and even called me with updates. So I can’t say enough how much Protex helped me and my family! We had structural damage, a sinking in roof and a very fixed budget. They had a consultant come out and I’m usually very nervous when it comes to “sales” people but Dan was very professional and made us feel very relaxed with the entire process. We qualified for a program they had and are now making low monthly payments on our new roof! They even took care of the wood work that needed done! No more mold, no more avoiding that part of our house for fear of it collapsing and no more worrying. It’s like a weight has been lifted!
