I've used Protex 3x but will use a different contractor for #4. High turnover in their back office makes communication difficult. This is annoying when there's often 40-60 day lags between their taking of a deposit and their starting of work. They'll make a huge change order without any communication. Managers will often be condescending during communication. 2 stars because their work crews do good work and left a clean job site two times out of three. Service: Roof repair

I had a great experience with Protex. The team inside the office and installers on my roof were a pleasure to work with. They went the extra mile to point out some basic mistakes a local A/C company made (Simpson - STAY AWAY) and I was able to do damage control. Many thanks for Protex honesty and excellent service! So I can’t say enough how much Protex helped me and my family! We had structural damage, a sinking in roof and a very fixed budget. They had a consultant come out and I’m usually very nervous when it comes to “sales” people but Dan was very professional and made us feel very relaxed with the entire process. We qualified for a program they had and are now making low monthly payments on our new roof! They even took care of the wood work that needed done! No more mold, no more avoiding that part of our house for fear of it collapsing and no more worrying. It’s like a weight has been lifted!
