Got them to come out and pump our septic tanks. Today another company came by to change the pump and once they opened it up, he left half the tank still full. There was a rag and pvc left at the bottom. He couldn’t pump our other tank because his truck was full. Once I called the company they told me they don’t take anything out of the tanks they didn’t put in. I’ve never had this issue with any other company we have used in the past! Your best bet is to NOT use them.

Jim, a technician came out the same day in a just a few hours. He promptly and courteously assessed the problem within 15 minutes or so and gave us a total price. Luckily, he quickly installed a new motor assist starter for our outside unit and sure enough we had cool air coming in once again. Jim was kind, informative, and professional. Great experience with Mike G or J?? He called when he was about 30 min away and was on time from when he said he would get here . The job was a bit more difficult than we had thought it might be. Regardless Mike got to work in the hot sun and did everything he could do and empty our septic tank.
