WOW! What a great experience. From the initial visit by Robert we were put at ease as to what was needed. This was enhanced by the team that showed up as well. They were on time, professional and efficient as it applied to our project. Shane who was over the team was very helpful in explaining each step of the process and kept a clear focus on quality and cleanup. If you want a great roof you need to call Roof soldiers.
Wayne(owner) and my family came to an agreement and signed a contract to put a roof on our Inn. There was scheduling and permitting issues which caused us to take our business offline for almost 2 weeks. Due to our lost revenue and their lack of professionalism we voiced our concerns, which Wayne used as an excuse to breech a signed contract. For these guys to use their military back rounds as a marketing tool and then walk off a job because their feelings were hurt is a joke. Wayne made a mistake and underbid the job, but instead of taking responsibility he blamed my wife for being “rude”. Service: Roof installation
