Our guy, Chris is very thorough when serving our system. He explains everything he finds before work is done. Did an amazing job. REM Air installed and have serviced my system since day one. While others wanted more money, they showed us way to save money with a quality system and stood behind the system they installed. If and when they system goes, we will use them again. We have been customers since 1999. Recently we had to replace our old HVAC system. Rem was very responsive to the situation and made sure that we had a temporary fix (system broke down Christmas Eve) to hold us until our new system could be installed a few days later. Chris @ REM saved me $6,300! Short version: I was told my compressor and thermostat was dead and advised to replace the entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth $2,600 to fix it. I called REM for a second opinion, Chris came to my house within 45 minutes of the call and after checking a few things, he said I only needed to replace the thermostat and thats it! Long Version: I purchased my townhouse 2 weeks ago, the AC wasn't working after a power outage and the thermostat was blank, even with batteries in it. I called a company to check it out and they were able to come out that same day. They customer service was very nice, and the technician seemed to do a thorough job. He check a few things and told me the thermostat was shot. He was able to get the system going but he didn't hear the compressor running. He gave me three options, one to fix and two options for replacing the system. This was not what I wanted to hear after just closing on the townhouse two weeks prior. He
