Eric was my first contact with SouthShore. He arrived early for my appointment and was through and provided excellent communication. James was the project manager assigned to the team installing my new roof. He was on site, explained everything the team was doing and then came back promptly to do the final walk through. Both James and Eric not only provided great initial communication, but were fast and efficient at responding to any questions. The team actually installing the roof was great. All of the guys onsite were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up after. You would never know they were here. Happy with my new 25 year roof. Would highly recommend SouthShore! Jason from SouthShore Roofing was nothing short of awesome. He answered all of our questions, texts, and numerous phone calls. He personally completed a thorough walk through at the end which entailed climbing on the roof and explaining things to me. The team arrived on time and worked straight through the day. They covered our pool and cleaned up our entire property prior to leaving. We will be using South Shore Roofing and exterior for the installation of our gutters! Highly recommend.
