We received a notice from our homeowners insurance about having to replace or repair our good 11 yr old roof or they would not renew our policy. Frantically looking for a quote and what I could do to get this resolved I stumbled across SouthShore Roofing. They sent a polite and thorough young man out to assess our roof. He walked us through what he was going to do. When he was done, he explained his findings and our options. They didn’t push a new roof, instead they offered a roof repair and rejuvenation which would suffice the insurance requirements and buy us some time to properly prepare for a total roof replacement in the near future. I couldn’t be happier that I found this company to help us through this stressful time. The work was done in a timely manner, the crew was respectful of our property, and they were pleasant to work with all the way through. We were able to renew our policy and our roof looks great! We will be reaching out again when it’s truly time to replace the roof

I hired Southshore to do a full tear off and re-roof on my multi-family on Anna Maria Island and they did a great job. The various aspects of the project including where the flat roof tied into the new metal roof were well done and even an area where the roof needed reframing to straighten the ridge they did great. I got 6 quotes for my roof and this company was one of the most expensive and it also had the worst warranty, but I had confidence that Antonio and his team would be worth the extra expense based on the great reviews and the promise of top quality work (which is what I really wanted). Unfortunately, they did not leave the house with a very finished look (see the pictures). I spoke to Antonio and said I'd be happy if someone came by and finished up the trim work. It took a while, but the company sent someone out to paint the trim. This is a good company but there are other options out there that are cheaper and with a better warranty and I'm not sure that in this case it was worth paying a premium price with such a limited warranty. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wish the company the best.
